Live presentations just added an amazing new feature!
If you have read any of my work you know that I am always amazed at how much you can do with Microsoft PowerPoint. As an occasional presenter myself I can't wait to use their newest feature - Live Presentations! Microsoft recently announced the new "Live Presentations" are now available in PowerPoint. Applying this feature, you can show your presentation that is built in PowerPoint to anyone who has internet access and also allow them to zoom in on important details, screen shot slides, and interact real-time. All you have to do is share a unique built in a QR code or link that is short. When viewers check the page, they are able to join the presentation that is live and also view live subtitles in more than 60 languages on their personal device. The presenter can also see the audience reactions that are in real time and the number if individuals who have joined the session. This presentation was developed to show the enormous amount of data the postal service uses to ensure proper mail delivery. The presentation was built using PowerPoint for the slides. Many of the moving images were built in PowerPoint and converted to GIF images. Some images were gathered from GIPHY.COM. The music is courtesy of bensound.com.
